1. Services Provided

Platinum Drones provides commercial drone services, which may include but are not limited to:

Aerial photography and videography
Real estate and construction site imaging
Mapping and surveying

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and applicable state and local laws.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You must also ensure that any use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

3. Compliance with FAA Regulations

All drone flights are operated by FAA-certified drone pilots (Part 107). Flights are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and necessary approvals from local or federal aviation authorities.

Client requests that violate FAA regulations or pose safety concerns will not be fulfilled.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice for scheduling drone services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled flight may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert fee or %].

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate location and job details
Ensure the flight area is clear of obstacles and unauthorized persons
Obtain permission for drone operations on private property if required

Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal activities or surveillance
Endangering people, animals, or property
Infringing on privacy or property rights of others

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

10. Privacy Policy
